Travel 1 mile and turn right (north), then go 2 miles to the corner of an old farm, and turn left (west) onto an unnamed road. Travel 3 miles to county road 20776 and turn left (south) and travel 1 mile to another unnamed dirt road. Turn right (west) and take this road 1/2 of a mile to a dirt road and turn right (north). Property is 220 ft from the corner of the roads, marked with a sign and 10 foot white poles at the approximate corners of the property.

This property sits between Harper Dry Lake, and the Black Mountain Wilderness, home to the beautiful and unique Black Canyon and Inscription Canyon that both have ancient petroglyphs carved into the surrounding rocks. The southwest side of Harper Dry Lake was once a large ranch, and is now home to a few major solar power generating stations; the Abengoa Mojave Solar Project, and SEGS 8 and 9. These solar facilities, and the BLM are currently working to restore part of the lake bed back to its natural marsh like conditions, with a wildlife viewing area that is open to the public.
